Shipping Policy – MIRAGE GLIM

At MIRAGE GLIM, we ensure your orders are packed safely and delivered through trusted courier partners. Please read our complete shipping guidelines below.



1. Delivery Timeline

πŸ“ Outside Kerala (Rest of India)
β€’ Delivery time: Up to 14 days
β€’ Courier Partners:
India Post, DTDC, Professional Courier, Delhivery, or Shiprocket partner couriers
β€’ Courier will be chosen based on our preference and availability.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier load, location, and unavoidable delays.



2. Order Processing Time
β€’ Orders are processed within 1–3 working days before dispatch.
β€’ Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Courier Partners We Use

Your order may be shipped through:

β€’ Professional Courier
β€’ Delhivery
β€’ Shiprocket Partner Couriers

We choose the courier based on fastest and most reliable service for your PIN code.



4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD Availability
β€’ COD is available for selected PIN codes.

Before placing a COD order

Customers must message us first to check COD availability.

COD Charges
β€’ COD includes an additional COD fee, which must be paid in advance (prepaid).
β€’ COD orders may require extra processing time.

If customer refuses COD delivery
β€’ COD refusal may lead to COD being disabled for future orders for that customer.



5. Shipping Charges
β€’ Shipping charges (if any) will be shown during checkout.
β€’ Free shipping offers will be mentioned when applicable.



6. Tracking Details
β€’ A tracking ID will be shared after dispatch.
β€’ Tracking updates may take 24 hours to reflect.



7. Delivery Attempts

Couriers usually attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If the customer:
β€’ Is unreachable
β€’ Does not answer calls
β€’ Provides incorrect/incomplete address
β€’ Refuses delivery

…the parcel may return to us (RTO – Return to Origin).



8. Incorrect / Incomplete Address (Important)

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete address.

If the parcel returns due to:
β€’ Wrong address
β€’ Incomplete details
β€’ Wrong pincode
β€’ Customer unavailability
β€’ Not answering courier calls

πŸ‘‰ The customer must pay the courier charge again to resend the parcel.
πŸ‘‰ No refund will be given for RTO caused by customer negligence.

9. Delivery Delays

MIRAGE GLIM is not responsible for delays caused by:
β€’ Courier issues
β€’ Weather conditions
β€’ Festivals
β€’ Strikes
β€’ Remote area delivery
β€’ High courier load

We will assist with tracking, but the delivery timeline depends on the courier company.



10. Damaged or Tampered Parcels

If the parcel appears:

β€’ Opened
β€’ Tampered

Please record a full video while opening and report it on the same day.
